Fat tire optimized for snowy conditions with a snow-specific tread pattern The Colossus is a fat tire designed for use in winter conditions. The tread consists of numerous tall knobs designed to penetrate snow and grip the hard terrain underneath. The open tread pattern clears out packed snow to maintain traction, and a special rubber compound stays pliable in freezing conditions.

Lou is the 26 x 4.8" rear-specific mate to Bud. Lou’s tread is much like Bud’s with tall knobs designed to grind, crawl, and claw its way over rooty, rocky, wet, muddy, loose, or otherwise inhospitable terrain. Lou’s tread pattern is a bit different, however, made for stability while both braking and accelerating. The casing is round and supple. Tall, widely-spaced knobs are siped for added grip and compliance. The knobs’ wide spacing means they dig deep and still shed the crap you’re riding through. The tread wraps a little around the sides of the tire, providing good knob contour even on very wide rims, which in turn allows good off-camber traction.
