At Jake's Bikes we've got your bike maintenance needs covered, no matter where you bought it! Our service technicians are well trained and ready to rock out your repair. We've designed three bicycle maintenance packages that fit what most customers are looking for. However, we are flexible enough to fit your exact needs. Not sure what your bike needs? No worries, just bring your bike in and we'll take a look and give you a free estimate. 

Appointments

Yes, appointments are needed. Our staff can help you schedule your service work. The best thing to do is to bring your bike into the shop and we'll see what we can do for you. If it's a quick fix, we'll try to take care of it on the spot. Otherwise, we'll put you on the list and get to it as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience!

E-Bike Repair Policy

Jake's Bikes offers a full range of comprehensive repair services on all brands of mechanical bikes. However, due to the rapid expansion of E-bike offerings, and the specific resources required to repair this technology, we can only repair bikes sold at our locations AND those technologies we are certified to repair.
 
Jake's Bikes is currently certified/authorized to service the following power systems: Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, Hyena, and Promovec. 
 
To ensure we deliver service at the highest level, bikes using systems other than those referenced cannot be accepted for repair in any capacity, including repairs to non-electrical components.
